Prices shown on the website are starting references only. Final fare, vehicle type, pickup time and trip arrangement must be confirmed through WhatsApp before a booking is considered accepted.

A booking is confirmed only after the agreed fare, route, date, time, vehicle arrangement and any required payment or deposit have been accepted by both sides.

Final quotation may depend on pickup point, drop-off point, date, time, vehicle availability, luggage, waiting time, tolls, parking, route changes and other trip details.

Extra stops, late changes, extended waiting time, peak periods or additional parking and toll charges may affect the final payable amount.

Please update us as early as possible if your plan changes. Cancellation, no-show, date change or delay handling will depend on the confirmed booking details, driver assignment and actual costs already incurred.

For airport and cross-border trips, customers should allow enough buffer for check-in, immigration, public holidays and traffic conditions.

Customers are responsible for valid passports, visas, entry eligibility and compliance with Singapore and Malaysia border requirements.

Immigration, checkpoint, airport or enforcement decisions are outside the control of SGMY MPV Transport.

Vehicle requests such as Estima, Alphard, Vellfire or Hyundai Starex are subject to availability. Actual vehicle assignment and luggage fit will be confirmed before booking where applicable.

Child seats, large luggage, stroller, sports equipment or bulky items should be requested in advance and may be subject to availability or additional arrangement.
